Cookie Policy

Version: 1.1 Effective: 15 May 2026 Last updated: 15 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how MetaMind ("MetaMind", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the metamind.team website (the "Site"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference.

Plain-language summary. Our marketing site (metamind.team) uses only the cookies and storage we need to make the site work and to know roughly how many people visit. We do not run advertising cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data. Our Service itself runs inside Telegram and does not set browser cookies.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the metamind.team marketing website only. The Service itself — our AI agents inside Telegram — runs inside the Telegram mobile and desktop apps and does not place browser cookies on your device.

2. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags. For brevity, this Policy uses "cookies" to refer to all of these.

3. Cookies we use

Category Examples Purpose Lifetime
Strictly necessary session cookie, cookie-consent state Allow the Site to function (for example, remember your cookie-banner choice) Session or up to 12 months
Performance / analytics first-party analytics identifiers Aggregate visit counts and page popularity. We do not link this data to your identity Up to 12 months

We do not use:

4. First-party and third-party cookies

The cookies described in Section 3 are first-party cookies set by metamind.team itself. We do not deploy third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. If at any point we add a third-party cookie of any category — for example, a hosted analytics provider that sets a cookie under its own domain — we will update this Policy to name the provider and the category, and we will announce the change at least 30 days in advance through the Site and through our Telegram channels.

Our broader sub-processor disclosures for the Service (Telegram, Anthropic, Railway, and others) are listed in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy; those sub-processors operate at the Service layer and do not set browser cookies on the Site.

5. Your choices

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect cookie data from anyone under the minimum age set in our Privacy Policy §13 — in summary, 13 globally and 16 in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you believe a child has provided cookie data to the Site, contact operator [at] metamind [dot] team and we will delete it promptly.

7. Disputes about cookie data

Disputes about how we handle cookie data are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions in Section 14 of the Terms of Service, including the obligation to attempt informal resolution first, the binding individual arbitration agreement, and the class-action waiver. The 30-day arbitration opt-out described in Section 14.7 of the Terms of Service applies to those provisions.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our cookie usage changes. The version, last-updated date, and effective date are at the top of this document. Material changes — for example, adding a new cookie category or naming a new third-party provider — will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.
